I would like to take a moment to say thanks for all of your help on the E.D.O.

Staves Project. The customer has been in and inspected the last of the Staves and

approved them for shipment. This job started out tough and proved to be a trial

throughout the whole project.

The joint effort of Petersen Inc., and Metalforce proved to be outstanding in the

field of fabrication, and a large Thanks goes out to all that were involved.

Flying J Headquarters wanted a nice little patio that overlooked their waterfall as a memorial to the founder, Jay Call. MetalForce built a custom gate and handrail along with supplying all the steel required for the overlook construction. Metal Force also supplied all the framework for a beautiful flower box to accent this amazing overlook.

MetalForce, located in Northern Utah, uses an ESAB 360 amp plasma cutting table to cut thick metal plate at high speeds while holding customer specific tolerances. With cutting capabilities that exceed material thicknesses of 2″ thick plate this machinery allows Metal Force to produce high quality structural grade parts. Utilizing this equipment even further, MetalForce has also been cutting out armor plating for use in armored vehicles.
